Calisthenics Training and Bodywork

At 17, I tore my ACL and had reconstructive surgery. My knee has never been the same. For years after the surgery, my knee ached and swelled. 3 years after the surgery I still did not have full range of motion. I felt broken. Not only was my knee messed up, but about 6 months after the surgery, I started with a back pain that continued to bother me for the next 10 years.

Since my surgery, I’ve studied yoga, martial arts, massage therapy, gymnastics, as well as other holistic modalities. Each study led me in the right direction but only gave me a small piece of the answer. Now I’m studying modalities that will rebuild the body and have the greatest effect on longevity.
